About Swiis Training

Swiis Training is part of the Swiis group of companies, Swiis Foster Care, Swiis Foster Care Scotland and Swiis Healthcare.

Swiis has a wealth of experience working across the foster care and health care sector for the last 30 years. We have a proven reputation and track record for excellence and are recognised as a quality provider with our Local Authority, NHS and private sector partners across the UK.

Training Developed by the In-House Swiis Team

The Swiis In-House Training and Development Team was established in 2013. It was designed to provide our foster carers and healthcare workers with exceptional bespoke training to help educate and support them in their chosen profession.

We believe our training to be some of the best in the industry and ensure that we equip all attendees with the skills and knowledge they require to undertake their role.

Swiis Training are now offering our services to the wider community. Our full training programme is available both as a corporate programme of training and through a public training programme where individuals can learn at a time to suit them, whilst having the opportunity to engage with other delegates and share experiences.

All course content is written specifically for Swiis by qualified trainers with vast experience and specialist knowledge of the subjects being delivered and is CPD-accredited.

Designed to Work For Your Team

Our training is flexible, informed, motivational, and thought-provoking, and, where applicable, it ensures that the content of the training fully supports the Training, Support and Development (TSD) standards and covers all associated legislation.

Swiis training programmes are designed to benefit a vast cohort of both individuals and professionals, including:

  • Foster carers
  • Adopters
  • Adoption agencies
