    This training course provides knowledge and skills necessary to effectively understand and address disruptive, aggressive, and violent behaviours. By breaking down challenging behaviour into distinct levels, participants learn techniques for preventing, de-escalating, and safely managing crisis situations while prioritising the well-being and safety of all involved.
